PROJECT QUAD is a residential project located in Oniru, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. The project is called “QUAD” because it features a quadruple concept that combines four housing units in one building. The 4 buildings meet at the center of the quadrant and each of them are separated by one line.
