Project KINBA is a uniquely shaped building with compartmentalized window glasses, designs and fittings. The first thing that comes to mind for this project is –Elegance, differentiation, and “Majestic Lucidity”. We present project KINBA.
The execution of this structure projects simplicity and intentionality. Our approach while working on this project was to converge our client’s idea and proffer unprecedented designs to aid the creation of a functional, simple, and stunning structure.
Project KINBA is a Townhouse comprising short-let apartments. Sitting on a 454sqm plot is 4 units of two-bedroom apartments on 2 floors, with a gym, pool, facility management office, and alternate powerhouse. Located in Benin City, off Airport road. Edo State. Nigeria.
From our concept to detailed design, and execution, our client was satisfied. Throughout the project we employed professionalism and attention to detail, bringing to life the heart of the project.
