A large expanse of land is like a canvas and at Aptic Shelters we continuously draw distinct lines and create bespoke designs for our clients to exhibit stunning paintings like Project CDP.
Project CDP is a 15 Hectares expanse of land and part of a 60 Hectares portion of land. This vast area of land allowed us to conceptualize and deliver diverse house designs and styles to be situated on the property. They comprise of a Stand-alone Duplex, a Semi-detached house, Blocks of Flats, and a Maisonette.
